• API Access: Programmatic access to all platform capabilities

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, algorithms, and documentation, remain with Simplifying AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services in accordance with these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplifying AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days
