Starter includes 2 Relay members, Premium 3 and Enterprise 10, the organization’s owner counted; each extra Relay member is $7 a month ($70 a year on a yearly plan). Answer counts are estimates on the default model; longer answers or a larger model use more credits. Pay yearly for 2 months free; a yearly plan’s credits arrive every month, the first on the day you buy. Relay credits are a separate wallet from ChatPlotDB’s. Team is per user, the owner included, and its credits land in one shared wallet; in an organization, ChatPlotDB runs on Team once the welcome credits are spent. Every plan gets every model and every feature; plans differ in credits and limits. Pay yearly for 2 months free; a yearly plan’s credits arrive every month, the first on the day you buy. Cancel a plan anytime by emailing support@simplifyingai.com: future charges stop, and the plan runs out the period you have paid for.

How credits work
- $1 buys 10 credits. A ChatPlotDB chat turn and a Relay answer each cost a small flat fee plus the model’s usage, all in credits. The app shows about how many credits each model uses per turn or answer before you choose it.
- Every credit expires 12 months after it is granted: welcome credits, plan credits and packs alike. The soonest to expire is spent first.
- Unused plan credits roll over to the next month, until they expire. A yearly plan adds its credits the same way, one month’s worth at a time: the first when you buy, then one on the same day every month, and each expires 12 months after it arrives.
- ChatPlotDB and Relay each have their own wallet. Credits do not move between them.
